Key Responsibilities:

- Sell membership packages to potential customers, including explaining the benefits of our fitness centre and answering any questions they may have
- Meet or exceed sales targets and monthly revenue goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing efforts and convert them into members
- Conduct facility tours and present our services and amenities to potential customers
- Maintain accurate records of all sales leads and customer information in our database
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and attend training sessions and team meetings as required

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a sales executive, preferably in the fitness industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong sales skills and ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the fitness industry and passion for health and fitness
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Travel requirement:

- No travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bilaspur - 495001, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
