**CAD Operator with Navisworks and BIM Expertise**

**We are looking for**:

- We are looking for someone who has **expert level** knowledge in Autocad, REVIT, Navisworks.
- We can train on the pipe and duct.
- We are trying something new and need a person that is willing to learn, explore. Below is a summary of what we are looking to do.
- This position requires US work hours 6 AM - 2 PM CST for the first year.

**What we are looking to do**:

- Import point cloud data from a laser scanner.
- Build a model of the existing conditions from the point cloud data.
- Overlay our work (HVAC & Piping) using a library of products.
- Finalize drawings in CAD
- Create spool drawings
- Our goal is to use the drawings created to pre fabricate assemblies in our shop (Pipe and Duct work)

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and NavisWorks
- Produce construction documents and 3D level drawings
- Create spool drawings
- Collaborate with project teams to bring all individual models together into one place using Navisworks

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and NavisWorks
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹98,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
