Profile: Digital Marketing and Office Coordinator

Stipend: Will be discussed during Interview.

Internship Duration: 3-6 Months.

Internship Timings : 9:30am - 2pm

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Job Description / Responsibilities / Skills Required:
1. Digital marketing
- Familiarise with all products and services rendered by the institute.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word of mouth and on social media
- Managing official social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.),

publishing new posts, sharing on related pages, generating views and expanding the

reach by drawing.
- Generating leads and finding new clientele for the institute by reaching out to

people/organisations on various social media groups (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,

etc.)

2. Office Coordinator/office assistant
- Answer incoming client calls, determine the purpose of calls, & explain our services in

detail.
- Schedule client appointments and answer questions about the organisation providing

callers with addresses, directions, & other information
- Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of business, & explain details about

appropriate training programs offered by the institute.
- Update appointment calendars & follows up on potential client calls.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Temporary, Fresher
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
