Job Description:

- We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged telecaller to boost our sales by reaching out to our current and potential customers. To be a successful telecaller, you need to have the capability to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
- Find fresh sales opportunities through inbound calls.
- Ability to Communicate clearly with customers.
- Explain the benefits of the products or services to potential customers.
- Route opportunities to the concerned executive for sale closure.
- Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
- Keep a record of every customer interaction and sales activity.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Daily reporting in the company standard formats. Digital Telecalling Executives

Skills & Required Qualifications:

- Intermediate/ Any Graduation / Post Graduation.
- Effective communication skills.
- Passionate about EV & Automotive sector.
- Quality of Persuasiveness to convince the customer.
- Adaptability

Language Proficiency:

- Tamil or Kannada or Malayalam along with English Communication is mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
