**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal audits to assess financial and operational processes for compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
- Perform risk assessments and identify areas of potential risk within the organization.
- Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Pursuing CA, CMA, ACCA.
- Proven experience as an Internal Auditor with a focus on financial and operational audits.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in using audit tools and software.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
