**Research Associate / Scientist - API R&D (Organic Chemistry)**

**Qualification**:

- M.Sc. in **Organic Chemistry**

**Experience**:

- **2 to 5 years** in API R&D / Process Development

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute multi-step organic synthesis for APIs and intermediates.
- Conduct reaction optimization, process development, and scale-up activities.
- Analyze reaction mixtures using analytical techniques such as TLC, HPLC, GC, and NMR.
- Maintain detailed experimental records and prepare technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in process development and technology transfer.
- Ensure laboratory safety, compliance with SOPs, and adherence to cGMP principles.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of **organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms**.
- Hands-on experience in purification and analytical techniques.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety and good documentation practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

**Salary**:
