**Description**

Key Responsibilities

As an Electrical Designer, you will:
Develop 3D model and 2D drawing of various electrical systems for industrial facilities including but not limited to single line diagram of power systems, electrical equipment layout, hazardous area classification drawing, interconnection and hook-up drawing, lighting, grounding and lightning protection systems

Coordinate with other disciplines and other stakeholders to develop a clash-free system design

Manage the assigned scope within agreed schedule, budget and complying with agreed project quality norms

Assist engineers in preparing, coordinating and reviewing deliverables for the discipline

Train new staff members in various tools and discipline practices

Tools

Engineering tools like AutoCAD Plant 3D, REVIT, Navisworks, AutoCAD 2D and MicroStation

Experience with lighting design software Dialux, Agi and Visual

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools - MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, OneNote

**Qualifications**

General Requirements

Our ideal Electrical Designer will have:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI / NCTVT Electrical.

7 years years of related experience

Know input requirements to perform various discipline tasks

Good understanding of activities carried out by other disciplines and inter-discipline coordination involved on typical project

Willingness to advance in career by taking increased responsibilities on projects and organization

Commitment and collaborative-minded individual with the ability to work on own initiative

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good Communication skills (verbal & written)

Ability to self-check and produce accurate work
