Graphic Designer - Vadodara/Mumbai

Rethinking Web is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will conceptualise and create visually stunning designs for our products, platforms and marketing campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise and design UI/UX elements, print collateral, marketing material, product illustrations
- Design banners, info graphics, brochures, magazines and other creatives for online and offline use
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to understand requirements
- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and projects
- Stay updated on latest design trends and technologies

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 2 years of graphic design experience
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong conceptualisation and virtualisation ability
- Excellent creativity and design aesthetic
- Sharp attention to detail
- Ability to translate concepts into appealing visuals
- Comfortable receiving and incorporating creative feedback
- Passion for staying updated on design best practices

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
- Video editing skills
- Animation skills
