**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1_ Accounting & Bookkeeping**

a
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions related to construction projects.

b
- Perform reconciliation of accounts, including bank, vendor, and project accounts.

- Budgeting & Cost Control

d
- Assist in preparing project budgets and monitoring actual costs versus budgets.

- Analyze financial variances and report deviations to the management.

**2_ Taxation & Compliance**

a
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS compliance, and other statutory filings.

- Liaise with regulatory authorities for audits and inspections.

- Financial Reporting

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

e
- Support in finalizing accounts and preparing financial statements.

**3_ Project Financial Analysis**

a
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for upcoming construction projects.

- Track project cash flows and ensure timely disbursement and collections.

**4_ Audit Support**

a
- Assist in statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation.

b
- Ensure adherence to financial and accounting policies.

**5_ Vendor & Contractor Management**

a
- Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.

b
- Handle accounts payable and receivable related to construction projects.

Qualifications and Skills:
**Educational Qualification: CA Inter qualified with relevant articleship experience, **preferably in the construction or real estate industry but not mandatory.

**Experience**: 1-3 years in accounting, finance, or taxation roles.

**Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP, SAP, or similar tools.

Advanced knowledge of Excel, including financial modeling and pivot tables.

Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax laws.

**Soft Skills**:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred**:
Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry.

Knowledge of project management accounting.

Hands-on experience with compliance.

**Benefits**:
**Salary-** **CTC 5 LPA UPTO 10LPA** depending upon interview and knowledge.
