Develop PLC and HMI programs based on project requirements and specifications.

Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc. Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate PLC and HMI systems into SPMs and other manufacturing equipment. Conduct testing and debugging of PLC and HMI programs to ensure proper functionality and performance. Provide technical support and assistance during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of PLC and HMI systems. Document and maintain accurate records of PLC and HMI programs, configurations, and modifications. Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLC and HMI technologies and incorporate them into the design and development process. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in PLC and HMI programming, preferably in an SPM manufacturing environment. Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, function block diagram, etc. Experience with PLC and HMI hardware and software platforms, including but not limited to Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines. Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc., is a plus. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations related to industrial automation systems is desirable.
