**Skills and Knowledge**:

- **CAD/CAM Software Proficiency**: Expertise in using CAD software for creating 2D and 3D designs.
- **Manufacturing Processes**: Familiarity with various manufacturing processes, including stamping, machining, and EDM.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address design challenges.
- **Communication**: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with different teams.
- **Quality Standards**: Awareness of quality standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Responsibilities:

- **Design and Development**:Creating designs for various press tools (e.g., blanking, piercing, forming, progressive dies) using CAD software.
- **Strip Layouts**:Designing strip layouts for efficient material utilization in sheet metal stamping.
- **Tool Optimization**:Modifying existing tool designs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance tool life.
- **Collaboration**:Working with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, engineering, etc.) to ensure tooling meets production needs and specifications.
- **Troubleshooting**:Providing technical support and troubleshooting for tooling-related issues during manufacturing.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring all designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- **Analysis and Testing**:Conducting analysis and testing of tools to validate designs and optimize performance.
- **Project Management**:Managing tooling projects from concept to production, including timelines and budgets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
