Job Designation: Pre Sales: Real Estate

Job Location: Versova, Mumbai [ ready to relocate ]

**Salary**: 20000-25000

Education: Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Advanced Degree in Marketing or Statistics is preferred

Experience: 3-4 years of experience required

Skillset:

- Linux/UNIX
- General security best practices and direct experience with at least one security product
- Distributed computing
- Product line specifications
- Virtual memory subsystem and scale-out storage architecture
- Train the account team
- Relevant solutions sets
- Storage Analysis and Monitoring Tools
- Industry directions and trends
- Desired experience for pre sales includes:

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Participate in and lead bid teams

Supports the salesforce and leads the technical aspect of the selling process including the developing and conducting of professional product presentations and demonstrations to generate sales and meet revenue objectives

Works closely with sales representatives that support both direct sales and reseller sales channels

Provides overall leadership on initiatives and projects

Makes decisions for team in support of regional goals and objectives

Builds trusted relationships with sales teams and client accounts, such that they can leverage their domain and/or business/industry expertise to increase the company’s credibility and communicate the company value proposition primarily in sales situations that advance the sales of software

Carrying out tender responses, answering and expanding on functional / technical requirements within complex tender documents of potential clients

Actively research and maintain a thorough understanding of our own products and competitor strengths and weaknesses

Responsibility for ensuring all of the demonstration software is operationally running with the latest versions of software and with up to date relevant messaging

Working with the Pre-Sales Manager and the Business Development/Launch Manager to ensure that all sales documentation and collateral is kept up to date and relevant

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Ability to work under pressure and team work

Skilled in data analytics

Must be able to communicate professionally in written responses

Ability to travel from time to time (app

Experience in other programming languages, Python, R, and C/C++

Good knowledge of Banking regulations related to Risk

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
