**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Data Analysis**:

- Collect and analyze data on market trends, customer preferences, and emerging industry developments.
- Use data analysis tools to interpret quantitative and qualitative data, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- **Competitor Research**:

- Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to evaluate market positioning, pricing strategies, and product offerings.
- Prepare competitor benchmarking reports and share insights with internal teams to stay ahead in the industry.
- **Customer Insights**:

- Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather feedback on customer needs, preferences, and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and behavior to help refine marketing strategies and product features.
- **Industry Reporting**:

- Monitor industry developments, news, and regulatory changes to identify potential impacts on the business.
- Create detailed research reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams.
- **Data Visualization**:

- Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create dashboards and visual reports, making complex data easier to understand.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to align research insights with business objectives.
- Participate in strategy meetings to provide data-driven recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Familiarity with survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Google Forms) and CRM software.
- Ability to conduct in-depth research and present findings effectively.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Experience in creating and analyzing customer personas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
