We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Intern to join our team at our lighting retail store and experience center. The intern will assist in promoting our wide range of lighting products and enhancing the customer experience through various marketing activities. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical marketing experience in a retail environment while learning about innovative lighting solutions.

**Assist in Content Creation**:

- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms that showcases our lighting products and experience center.
- Support the development of blog posts, customer stories, and newsletters to highlight store promotions and events.

**Social Media Management**:

- Monitor and engage with our social media followers to build a community around our brand.
- Schedule and publish posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve content strategy and engagement.

**Market Research**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for product launches, sales, and special promotions.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to secure campaign materials and manage logistics.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

**Event Coordination**:

- Support the organization and promotion of in-store events, workshops, and product demonstrations.
- Manage logistics such as event setup, attendee registration, and follow-up communications.
- Assist in creating event materials, including brochures, flyers, and signage to drive attendance and engagement.
- Work on real projects and contribute to the success of the store and experience center.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Help develop and implement strategies to enhance the in-store customer experience.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing and product display decisions.
- Assist in creating visually appealing product displays and informational materials.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain and update marketing databases, customer contact lists, and inventory records.
- Assist with the preparation of marketing presentations and performance reports.
- Support the team with various administrative duties as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
