Key Responsibilities: - Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a person-centered approach. - Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs. - Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for a wide range of mental health conditions. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients. - Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines. - Stay updated with current research and best practices in the field of psychology and counseling. **Requirements**: - Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or Counseling. - Valid licensure/certification as a Psychologist or Counselor (or eligibility for licensure). - Demonstrated experience in providing therapy/counseling services. - Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment. - Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
