**Position Title**:Time Keeper**

**Job Objective**:

- Compiles and computes workers time and production records. Review timesheets, work charts, and timecards for completeness.
- Computes total time worked by workers. Post time worked to master timesheet, and routes timesheet to Payroll Department.
- May locate workers on jobs at various times to verify attendance of workers listed on daily spot sheet and be designated Spotter.

- Responsible for Arrangement of labor as per approved requirement & their deployment in the specific area of work.
- Receive a written or electronic account of all hours worked and leave taken for all workers, which in turn is used to enter the data into the timekeeping system.
- Obtain supporting documentation for all leave usage, premium pay and compensatory time for travel.
- Responsible to record the names of new Labors, Contractor wise after verifying Aadhar. Workers for whom no data was received must be reported to the Supervisor.
- Maintain valid accounting tables within Time & Attendance program. Assist Time & Attendance Liaisons with corrective actions on rejected timesheets.
- Working with the staff of the Time and Attendance Office, resolve leave errors in a timely manner, completing research and audits as necessary.
- Responsible to Get the Attendance Sheet / Slip duly signed by the Department Head with regard to shifts and Shift-In-charge for the Night shift.
- Responsible for welfare activities for workers as per the seasonal requirements.
- Responsible for reporting any abnormality, mishappening or violation of conduct immediately to the manager and take appropriate actions to resolve the same intelligently.
- Responsible for issuing RFID cards to new workers.
- Responsible to ensure that all procedures related to worker presence and checking of attendance are followed regularly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
