**Job description**
- Site supervision, execution of works at site as per the plan, with timely completion of project
- Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Vendors / Contractors finalization and deployment, handling vendors at site
- Material planning and coordination for material supply to site
- Execution planning and coordination with vendors for supply of constructions material (Sand, bricks and other local purchases)
- Site supervision, execution of works at site as per the plan, with timely completion of project
- Daily Reporting of Work Completion, Material Utilization
- Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
- Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authority
- Site Management Engineering work

Skills - **BE Civil mini 6-10 yrs experience in residential building constructions sites**

Job Location : Raipur

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹520,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
