**Job description**:
We are looking for an Associate, Content Strategy, and Development to work at the intersection of digital branded content and influencer marketing solutions. We create content that drives positive results for brands and their consumers. Daily activities at the desk include Ideation, conceptualization, and creating brand proposals and pitches while collaborating with the Business Development and strategy teams across verticals. This role is for you if you are passionate about ideas and using consumer insights to create bigger, better, and bolder ideas. The role requires the ability to explain, present, sell and defend your ideas while remaining open to feedback and constructive criticism. **Key Responsibilities:

- Translate brand brief and strategy into inspiring creative concepts to kick off and drive Digital campaigns and pitches.
- Build branded content concepts (video-first) based on insights derived from an in-depth understanding of the brand, consumers’ feelings, attitudes, behaviors, and cultural trends.
- Work with the strategy and campaign management teams to think through the ask, the brief, the insight, and the approach.
- Be format-agnostic and comfortable with both short and long-form digital content including concept notes, scripts, treatment notes, creative presentations, etc.
- Proactively suggest content properties/ideas for topical and cultural moments and new social platform features/releases.
- Work with the Business Development and campaigns teams in terms of client engagement opportunities, to develop and implement a campaign-specific strategy against business objectives across social media and YouTube

Work closely with content creators and to developed IPs for them.

**Skills Required:

Presentation Making Skills - the ability to write a well-crafted concept note and PPT are essential. These decks need to explain individual ideas as well as present a content plan and strategy for respective clients.
Oral Presentation Skills - Should have good oral presentation skills meaning the ability to accompany salespeople and pitch the ideas constructed with clarity and confidence.
Video content experience - Actual experience in the execution of video content will be preferred. The primary job will not be execution. The job requires great visualization and referencing scale.
Patience and grit to convert an idea into a concept
Understanding of various show formats, structures, and story treatments.
Must have an updated understanding and grip on everything pop culture and content creator eco system.

**Experience** - 1 to 3 years

**Location** - Andheri East, Mumbai

**Immediate joiners are preferred.**

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
