**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop visual concepts and graphics that align with our brand identity and messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production processes for video and graphic content, ensuring top-notch output.

Implement compelling storytelling techniques that engage audiences and reinforce brand identity.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Create and maintain brand style guides and ensure adherence to brand standards.

Technical & Creative Production:
Operate and manage video recording equipment, lighting, and audio tools.

Work on motion graphics, animation, and high-impact visual effects.

Analyze performance metrics and optimize video and graphic strategies for better engagement.

Proficient in creating responsive designs for various digital platforms.

Knowledge of print production and file preparation.

**What We’re Looking For**:
2-4 years of experience in video production, editing, and visual storytelling, as well as graphic design for digital and print media.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. A creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand consistency. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A strong portfolio showcasing your video and graphic design work. Understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.
