We are seeking a creative and motivated Cinematographer cum Video Editor to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Cinematography**:

- Directing camera and lighting crew members on set
- Deciding on the best camera angles, frames, and lighting to tell the story visually
- Collaborating with ther production staff to discuss and interpret the script’s visual requirements
- Ensuring the consistency and quality of the film’s visuals across different shots
- Managing the color grading and correction process in post-production
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends, technology, and techniques

**Video Editing**:

- Utilize advanced video editing software to craft visually stunning and engaging video content.
- Edit raw footage to create polished, professional, and cohesive videos for various platforms.

**Creative Direction**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and objectives.
- Contribute creative input and ideas to enhance the overall quality and impact of video content.

**Storytelling**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's brand, values, and messaging to ensure consistency in storytelling through video content.
- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience and effectively communicate key messages.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to organize and prioritize video editing tasks.
- Conduct thorough reviews of edited content to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with project objectives.
- Implement feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, creative, and production teams, to understand their needs and deliver video content that aligns with their goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
