# Responsible for Academic Coordination among Teachers, Parents & School Management
Responsible for effective implementation of Academic plans as defined by the HO & School Leadership
Responsible for observation of classes assigned on a daily basis
Responsible for cross-verification of notebook corrections of all grades assigned.
Responsible for maintenance of all Academic logs by all teachers in the School ERP.

Planning & execution of all Outdoor Learning Activities - Field Trips, Guest Lectures, Annual Trips, Class Assemblies etc.

**Parent Communication**
Responsible for all academic communications to parents from time to time. Keeping them updated about all academic activities planned and their child's progress.
Responsible for planning & conducting of PTMs and Culmination Activities.

**Training & Development**
Responsible for identifying the training needs of teachers and arranging for the training programs for the same.
Coordination and conduction of Faculty Development Programs (FDP) on a regular basis. Report for the same to be shared with the Management group.

FDP Envisaged in the near future - Book reading Sessions, Newspaper Reading Sessions, Spoken English Sessions, Computer Training Sessions, Outdoor visits.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
