**MIS Executive**

**Job Details & Requirements**:

- **Designation**: MIS Executives (BPO domain would be preferred)
- **Job Type**: Full Time
- **Educational Qualification**: Graduate or equivalent
- **Work Experience**: 1 Year in MIS
- **Salary**: up to 20K-26K Gross
- **Shift Window**: 9 am to 9 pm (8 hours rotating shifts)

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Must have good knowledge in Advance Excel, Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table
- Responsible for data consolidation, data analysis, and management reporting.
- Provide accurate, timely reports and analytical information to operations,
- management and other users
- Reporting and ad hoc information requests including performance metrics
- through compilation
- Interpretation of data pulled from various sources.
- Provide analysis of past and present operations trends, analyzing data to
- Identify root cause, present findings to management.
- Participate and provide assistance during customer/internal Audit
- Propose, research, analyze and implement recommendations to
- Resolve/streamline reporting and invoicing processes.
- Should have preferably worked in a Call Center, Should possess in depth knowledge of Call Center Stats and Calculations.
- Should know how to create Macros
- Immediate joiners preferred
