**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory, including food, beverages, cleaning supplies, and other restaurant materials.
- Receive and check deliveries against purchase orders, ensuring the quality and quantity of goods.
- Organize and store inventory items in designated storage areas, ensuring easy access and safe storage practices.
- Regularly conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies with records.
- **Stock Replenishment**:

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure an adequate stock of all necessary items without overstocking.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team or manager to reorder items before stock runs low.
- Track and manage the usage of perishable items, ensuring proper rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out).
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect all incoming stock for quality, ensuring that all items meet the restaurant’s standards for freshness, condition, and safety.
- Report any damaged or expired goods to the appropriate personnel and ensure they are properly disposed of.
- **Record Keeping and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of all stock movements, including receiving, transfers, and usage.
- Ensure proper documentation for all stock receipts and issues, both manually and through the restaurant’s inventory system.
- Provide regular inventory reports to the management team.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to the storage, handling, and distribution of food and non-food items.
- Ensure that all storage areas are clean, well-organized, and comply with sanitation standards.
- Assist with maintaining proper temperature control for perishable items (e.g., refrigerated or frozen goods).
- **Coordination with Other Departments**:

- Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure that all required ingredients and materials are available when needed.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and maintenance teams to ensure operational supplies are replenished.
- **Preventing Loss and Waste**:

- Monitor usage to identify any patterns of waste or loss and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Implement proper stock rotation and other best practices to minimize spoilage or waste.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
