**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Marketing Strategies**: Conceive and implement efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to promote Truedesign Apparels products.
- **Customer Acquisition & Retention**:Should keep traveling to different cities to increase customer base and to promote our products.
- **Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for upselling are maximized.
- **Campaign Management**: Organize and oversee advertising and communication campaigns across various channels, including social media, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in preparing and monitoring the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Computer software operations.
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
