Receptionist

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees. You will play a vital role in managing the front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of office activities, and providing excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Maintain and update office records and files.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
- Provide basic information about company services and direct inquiries as needed.
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, friendly attitude with a customer-service orientation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
