**Job Title**: Shift Incharge - Washing, Sorting & Granulation (HDPE/PP/LDPE)

**Location**: Khushkhera Bhiwadi Rajasthan
**Department**: Production / Operations
**Reporting To**: Production Manager / Plant Head

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise shift operations of:

- Plastic washing lines (hot/cold)
- Colour & polymer sorters (NIR, optical, etc.)
- Granulation/extrusion lines for HDPE, PP, LDPE
- Allocate work to operators and helpers as per shift manpower
- Monitor production targets, raw material usage, and output quality during the shift
- Ensure smooth machine operations and coordinate with maintenance when required
- Maintain proper records of shift production, downtime, and material usage
- Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and discipline on the shop floor
- Report any abnormality or quality issues to higher management immediately
- Conduct basic quality checks with lab team (as needed)
- Ensure proper shift handover and communication with next shift incharge

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma / ITI / Graduate with technical background
- 4-7 years of experience in plastic recycling or polymer granule production
- Hands-on knowledge of:

- Washing & drying systems
- Sorting machinery (optical/NIR)
- Extruders and granule making units (HDPE/PP/LDPE)
- Team management and leadership in shop-floor environment
- Basic understanding of production reporting and quality control
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

**Shift Timing**:

**CTC Range**:
40k to 50k

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
