**Provide advanced technical support and resolution for complex issues**. - Assist customers in troubleshooting problems, guiding them through solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
