**Dealer Development**:Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new dealers while continuously evaluating and developing existing dealer relationships to ensure high performance standards.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Setting and monitoring sales targets for assigned dealers, analyzing sales trends, and implementing strategies to achieve or exceed targets across the dealer network.
- **Market Penetration**:Developing and executing marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share within the assigned territory through dealer collaboration.
- **Dealer Training and Support**:Providing ongoing training to dealer sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and company policies to enhance their capabilities.
- **Inventory Management**:Collaborating with dealers to optimize inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Monitoring customer satisfaction levels at the dealer level, addressing customer concerns, and facilitating resolution to maintain positive brand perception.
- **Performance Monitoring and Analysis**:Regularly reviewing dealer sales performance data, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing corrective actions to address performance gaps.
- **Dealer Incentive Programs**:Managing and administering dealer incentive programs to motivate sales performance and achieve desired sales goals.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:Ensuring dealers adhere to company policies, compliance regulations, and reporting requirements by submitting accurate sales data and reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
