Job Title: Business Development Executive

About the role:
The company is looking for resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Who is responsible for finding and retaining clients and will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Familiarizing with all products and services offered by the company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact.
- Attending network activities to the research and connect with prospective clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that maybe interest to clients.
- 2-4 years of experience in same field.
- Great networking and analytical skills
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Excellent communication skills (English) - both written and oral.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
