**Job Title: CAD/Graphic Designer - Rugs/Carpets**

**Location**: On-site

**Job Type**: Freelance / Contract

**About Us**:
DOTS Living is an emerging luxury rug brand dedicated to crafting high-quality, design-forward rugs that blend tradition with contemporary aesthetics. We work closely with skilled artisans and use innovative techniques to create premium hand-tufted and woven rugs that cater to the USA and European markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare detailed design specifications,** including size, color combinations, and weaving techniques.
- **Create CAD drawings and technical files** for production, ensuring precision in layout and design execution.
- **Oversee prototypes and samples** to ensure they meet the design vision and quality standards.
- **Collaborate with the production team** to ensure all designs align with technical feasibility.
- **Ensure quality and market appeal** by refining designs as per trends and company standards.
- **Review production samples** and provide necessary feedback for improvements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience in CAD software** (NedGraphics, AutoCAD, or similar) specific to têxtile and rug design.
- Strong knowledge of **rug weaving techniques, materials, and textures** (hand-tufted, handwoven, etc.).
- Ability to work closely with artisans and production teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Eye for detail and a keen sense of **color, pattern, and layout.**:

- Previous experience in **têxtile or rug design** is preferred.
