Position Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop intuitive and visually appealing website interfaces based on user-centered design principles.

Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to understand user needs and preferences.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and oversee the implementation process.

Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data-driven insights.

Work closely with product managers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints.

Perform user testing and gather feedback to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Assist in creating and maintaining design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.

**Salary**: From ₹400,000.00 per year
