Tour Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tour Planning and Coordination**:Design and develop unique and engaging tour itineraries that cater to the interests and preferences of clients.
Coordinate with hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry developments.

**Customer Service**:Interact with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
Provide expert advice on destinations, activities, and travel logistics.
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Logistics Management**:Oversee all logístical aspects of the tour, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
Collaborate with local guides and vendors to ensure the quality and safety of the travel experience.

**Documentation and Compliance**:Prepare and organize all necessary documentation, including travel itineraries, vouchers, and permits.
Ensure compliance with travel regulations, health and safety standards, and other relevant policies.

**Marketing and Sales Support**:Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional activities.
Support sales efforts by providing product knowledge and assisting with client presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Tour Operator or in a related role within the travel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations, attractions, and travel trends.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
