**Key Responsibilities**

- Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and active participation in class.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Participate in the development and revision of the Psychology curriculum.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Psychology and integrate them into teaching.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend and contribute to departmental meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school’s academic and extracurricular programs.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Psychology from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree is preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Proven track record of academic success and student development.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
