You will be playing a key role with students regarding abroad education such as Country, university, and Program selection. Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele-marketing, academic counseling, or any other kind of customer handling experience is preferred. FRESHERS are Welcome

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Handling fresh inquiries via phone calls, Google meet & walk-ins
- Regular follow-up of walk-in and telephonic inquiries for Enrollment.
- Update details of lead calls in CRM and maintain follow-ups etc. with daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver information effectively and persuasively.
- Coordinate and work closely with Senior counselors for closing.
- Active participation and contribution during education fairs, universities visits, and in-house seminars organized by the company

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
