**Job Description**:

- **A minimum of 5 to 10 years of total working experience with at least last 5 to 8 year’ s of experience in similar position like Draft Man / Design Cheeker at steel fabrication division.**:

- Hands on experience of 4-6 years as Draft Man/ Design Checker / Design controller in Structure fabrication industries.Developing a detailed Design plan, including Material details, timelines, budgets.
- Draftsmen create detailed technical drawings and blueprints based on architectural and engineering designs. These drawings provide precise instructions for fabricating steel components
- They should be proficient in computer-aided design (CAD / Tekla / Nesting) software to accurately produce and modify drawings, also experience with latest design software for designing and drafting. Ensuring that all drawings and designs comply with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations to meet safety and quality requirements.
- Selecting appropriate steel materials, considering factors like strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness. Verifying that all dimensions and measurements in the drawings are accurate and match the project specifications. Collaborating with quality control teams to ensure that fabricated steel components meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Effectively communicating with engineers, architects, project managers, and shop floor personnel to resolve design issues and clarify instructions. Revising and modifying drawings as necessary to accommodate design changes, client feedback, or unforeseen issues during construction. Striving to optimize designs for cost-efficiency without compromising structural integrity or safety.
- Staying updated with the latest developments in steel fabrication techniques, materials, and design software to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Should possess computer knowledge.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Should be able to manage a team of 5/6 people at a time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
