**Job Summary**:
The Tawa Master is responsible for preparing a variety of tawa items such as parotta, chapathi, omelette, dosa, and other tawa-based dishes. The role requires skill in handling the tawa, maintaining consistency, speed, and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare parotta, chapathi, omelette, dosa, and other tawa items as per restaurant standards.
- Ensure proper texture, softness, and taste of all items.
- Maintain the tawa and work area in a clean and good condition.
- Prepare ingredients like dough, batter, and eggs before service time.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before cooking.
- Report shortages or equipment issues to the chef or manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tawa Master or Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
- Good knowledge of South Indian tawa dishes and preparation methods.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy hours.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- High level of hygiene and cleanliness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
