**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting women’s clothing (sarees, suits, dresses, ethnic wear, etc.).
- Understand customer preferences and suggest appropriate products.
- Explain product features, fabrics, styles, and care instructions.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist with stock management and inventory reporting.
- Build loyal customer relationships for repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in women’s wear or fashion industry.
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- **Skills**: Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred), sales skills, polite and confident personality.
- Must have a well-groomed, presentable appearance and a keen sense of style.

**Salary**: 20K+ ( Depends on your experience )+Incentives
