- **Data Management**:

- Input, update, and maintain financial data in various systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation checks.
- **Advanced Excel Functions**:

- Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, and complex formulas to analyze financial data.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards.
- **Reporting**:

- Create detailed financial reports and presentations for management, including trend analysis, variance reports, and financial summaries.
- Automate reporting processes using Excel macros and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify and implement improvements to streamline data processing and reporting.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with finance team members to support financial planning and analysis.
- Provide training and support to team members on Excel-related tasks and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a computer operator or similar role, preferably in a finance environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced Excel functions and data analysis.
- **Skills**:

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
