**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role in Lucknow for a Graphic Designer. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating graphics, posts, developing branding elements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visually appealing designs and ensure the consistent representation of the brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and creation of **high-quality graphics**, **2D**, and **video content** for digital marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.
- **Animate 2D motion graphics** using tools like **After Effects**, and other industry-standard software.
- **Edit and enhance video** content for multiple platforms, ensuring it is polished, engaging, and optimised for social media and advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, branding) to ensure designs align with campaign objectives and messaging.
- Oversee and manage the **creative process** from concept to final execution, maintaining high design standards and consistent branding.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **1+ years** of professional experience in **graphic design**, **motion graphics**, and **video editing**.
- Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Expert-level skills in **2D Animation** using **After Effects**:

- Strong understanding of **video editing**, **color grading**, and **post-production** techniques.
- Proven ability to create **high-quality motion graphics**, **visual effects (VFX)**, and **animations**.
- A strong **portfolio** demonstrating your design, animation, and video editing expertise.
- **Leadership** experience, with the ability to guide a creative team and manage projects from start to finish.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,633.85 - ₹25,000.00 per month
