ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with Solutions Architect, Product owner or Business Analyst, and Infogain technical team to understand functional, non-functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for front end development team
- Understand User Journey and define appropriate solution to deliver a delightful user experience
- Design solution which meets or exceed industry norms for performance, responsiveness, usability
- Design solution which integrates observability tools to capture real time user experience and tools for AB / Multi-variate Testing
- Provide technical guidance and Proof of Concept to implementation team for best practices to follow for code quality, code security, performance and other NFRs
- Technology selection and guidance to the team for TDD, coded unit testing
- Convert design or wireframes into technical solution
- Guidance to tech lead for code review
- Must Haves
- Strong hands-on experience on React.js, Redux, Saga Thung, MVC JQuery & related JS Frameworks
- Strong experience with JavaScript Object model and DOM manipulation
- Experience with front end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM
- Experience with modern Authentication and Authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, JSON web tokens, SSO with Okta or similar
- Experience with at least two highly scalable product design and development from scratch
- Expertise in caching, minification, bundling techniques to improve front end performance
- Experience in integrating with a CDN to optimize resource bandwidth
- Experience in working with AB Test frameworks such as Optimizely, tracking framework like Google Tag Manager
- Experience in using front end monitoring tools to troubleshoot errors and recognise performance bottleneck
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (GIT, SVN), working experience with Agile methodology and fast iterative development cycles. Experience with at least one of Visual Studio Profiler, JProfiler, PinPoint
- Experience with at least one UI performance tools such as Lighthouse, Uptrends

- Experience with other JS frameworks like Angular, Vue, Node
