A Social Media Optimization (SMO) specialist manages an organization's social media presence to improve its online visibility and engagement. SMO responsibilities include:

- **Developing strategies**: Creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness
- **Managing content**: Creating and managing content across social media platforms, including images, blogs, videos, and written content
- **Monitoring performance**: Analyzing and reporting on social media performance metrics
- **Engaging with audiences**: Responding to comments and customer queries, and monitoring and reporting on feedback and online reviews
- **Managing accounts**: Setting up various social media channels and managing all company social media accounts
- **Analyzing trends**: Researching and analyzing social media trends to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy
- **Managing budgets**: Monitoring and managing digital marketing budgets

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 1 year (preferred)
- PPC Campaign Management: 1 year (preferred)
