**We are looking for a Graphic Designer to transform ideas into captivating visual narratives, creating immersive experiences and compelling brand identities.**:

Work Mode: WFO Only

Location: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh
Priority: Immediate /Maximum 15-Day Notice Period Acceptable
Budget: 8,500-12,500 Monthly (Professional Tax & Insurance Deduction Exclusive)
Interview Rounds: 3 (HR, Technical, and Practical)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday - Friday) | 9:30 AM-6:30 PM
Leave Policy: 8 Paid Leaves *Terms Applied
Notice Period: 4 Month (mandatory) - If Bypassed, No Relieving/Experience Letter Allotted
Provisional Period: 90 Days

**Responsibility**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
- Design marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and advertisements.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Create and update brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement design elements effectively.
- Produce custom illustrations and animations for various marketing purposes.
- Create engaging motion graphics and animations for online platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in graphic design, emphasizing digital and print media.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent creative thinking and ability to generate innovative design ideas.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
