**Job Title**: AR Caller (Physician Billing) - 1+ Year Experience
**Location**: Hyderabad / [On-Site Rotational Shifts]

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and follow up on unpaid insurance claims for physician billing.
- Contact insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims, denials, and underpayments.
- Ensure all claims are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with physicians, medical providers, and patients to gather necessary information for claim resolutions.
- Resolve any billing issues, discrepancies, or rejections in a professional and timely manner.
- Document all communication and actions taken in the billing system.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits as required.
- Maintain a clean and accurate AR ledger, ensuring claims are processed efficiently.
- Stay current on insurance policies, payer requirements, and changes in healthcare regulations.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly productivity and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in AR calling or medical billing (preferably with physician billing experience).
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and medical billing procedures.
- Familiarity with healthcare claims processing and payer systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and medical billing software (e.g., Kareo, Epic, NextGen, etc.).
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
