**Job Title-** Executive Graphic Designer

**Job Location-** Vasant Kunj, New Delhi
**Work Mode-** Work from the office 05 days a week.
**Experience-** Experience with 1-2 years in graphic design (agency or in-house).
**Qualification**:

- Any Graduate
**CTC-** 25,000-35,000 per month

**Roles & Responsibilities -**
- Design marketing collaterals.
- Develop high-quality visuals for social media platforms.
- Adapt Kumon’s global brand guidelines into consistent, localized creatives.
- Work closely with the content, social media, and PR teams to brainstorm and conceptualize campaigns.
- Participate in campaign planning and contribute visual ideas that increase engagement.
- Support internal stakeholders, including staff and franchisees, by designing Centre-specific materials when needed.

**Skills Required -**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) working knowledge of Power Point & Canva.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, education-driven brand environment.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics with video editing.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
