**For a Insurance KPO Firm located in Chembur.**

**Role: Claims Executive**
**Job Location: Chembur (Travelling to client place in Malad required)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Review and process insurance claims** in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assess the **validity of claims** by evaluating documentation, policy coverage, and other relevant information.
- **Prepare quality reports** on claims activity, including preparing and showcasing trends.
- **Suggest improvements** to claims processing procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications**
- Education**:Bachelor's degree **in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
- Experience**:2-5 years of experience in claims processing** or a similar role within the insurance industry. **(Life, Health, OR Retail insurance)**

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Excellent communication** and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.

**Please note these roles requires traveling to client site as per requirement.(Malad,Mumbai)**

Working days **:6 DAYS (Mon - Sat)**
**Travel Reimbursement for Client Place Provided**
**PF provided**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
