**Responsibilities**:

- Practice Electro Static Discharge awareness in order to prevent accidental damage to equipment
- Perform basic fault finding
- Eliminate blacklisting, SIM card or network problems to ensure fault lies with the handset, or accessories
- Perform functionality checks in order to eliminate user error
- Ascertain the warranty status of a handset in order to eliminate damaged equipment
- Previous experience in repairs department
- Flexible to working hours-as suited to the needs of the business
- Good time and attendance
- Willingness to learn and develop themselves

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Ernakulam - 682020, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
