**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and drive sales.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their needs, answering queries, and providing product/service information.
- **Sales Pitch**: Deliver effective sales pitches, including detailing the features and benefits of products/services and handling objections.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads, follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues or complaints, and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately enter customer information, call outcomes, and other relevant details into the CRM system.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activity, sales performance, and customer feedback.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and document customer feedback and suggestions for product/service improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persuasive and confident in making sales pitches.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

**Working Conditions**:
