Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive

strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue

targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Establish sales processes, best practices, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to

measure success
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company

objectives
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead

generation
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship

management (CRM) tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the company's products/services and industry
- Willingness to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years of sales management experience in a related industry
- Proven ability to build and lead successful sales teams
- Experience with territory management and channel sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
