**Job Title: Logistic Executive**

**Job Summary**:
The logistic executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of logístical operations within the company. This includes managing inventory, coordinating transportation, and optimizing supply chain processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Coordinate transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Analyze logístical data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to transportation and logistics.
- Train and supervise logistics staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other logístical activities.
- Evaluate the performance of logistics operations and implement measures to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a track record of success in optimizing operations and reducing costs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and vendors.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems, with the ability to utilize technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to transportation and logistics.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve common goals.

Pay: ₹9,057.77 - ₹41,458.93 per month
