We are looking for a detail-oriented ecommerce operations Executive to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, packaging coordination, shipment booking, and tracking. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in data handling, and coordination with internal teams and logistics partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Management**:

- Pull and verify Order Reports from the portal.
- Sort orders based on Brandstore categorization.
- Check and update customer contact details (Manually verify mobile numbers for accuracy, as some portals display incorrect details in bulk reports).
- Update and maintain the Brandstore Orders Process Sheet.
- Prepare portal-wise order lists and provide them for packaging.
- Separate individual and group orders and arrange printouts accordingly.
- Generate and print a packaging requirement list, including:

- Challan
- Packaging instructions
- Create a product-wise material packing list as per the portal requirements.

**Logistics & Shipment Processing**:

- Update logistics records with weight and dimensions for each shipment (Requires thorough checking and recording).
- Create booking files and process shipments.
- Upload and confirm shipments on the portal.
- Update shipping cost and margin details.
- Print shipping labels for order labeling.
- (Booking processes remain the same for bulk store accounts like Persistent, UST, Merck, NetApp.)

**Tracking & Delivery Updates**:

- Download and analyze Dispatch Reports.
- Update tracking details in the portal for each Brandstore, including bulk orders.
- Maintain tracking updates in the internal tracking sheet.
- Individually track orders and mark them as delivered upon confirmation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of shipment booking and tracking processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to verify data accuracy.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple portals and ensure timely order processing.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in ecommerce operations or handling bulk orders.
- Familiarity with logistics and courier partner integrations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
